Everyone has mental programs running in the background they are not consciously aware of.  This is well-established.

 

But according to research, unconscious patterns run about 95% of our daily lives.

That's a whole lot of auto-pilot without knowing the direction. 

 

We need to start consciously choosing the best mental programs. 

A big key to this process is constant daily reminders to not fall back into old patterns once new ones have been understood and chosen. 

I like to refer to this as "staying in alignment". Or "in the flow".
